One headquarters, one delivery system, one service area
AP works from a single headquarters in Houston. That is deliberate. Preconstruction, estimating, and leadership sit in one place, so every project is planned by the same people using the same system, whether the site is in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio.
What travels to the site is the project team. A Project Manager, a Superintendent, and a Project Coordinator are assigned to each job, and the superintendent lives the project from mobilization through turnover. Owners outside Houston get the same accountability as owners down the street.
Texas is the priority. Completed work sits in the Houston metro and Dallas-Fort Worth, and AP is actively pursuing projects in Austin and San Antonio with the same team and system. Oklahoma and Louisiana are inside the service area, and we are glad to talk about sites there.

A full team on site
Every project is staffed with a Project Manager, a Project Superintendent, and a Project Coordinator. The superintendent is on the ground daily and owns the field.
Three-week look-ahead scheduling
Superintendents run three-week look-ahead schedules against the master schedule, so trades, deliveries, and inspections are planned before they become the week’s problem.
A prequalified subcontractor base
Trades are invited from AP’s prequalified subcontractor database and leveled in BuildingConnected. The same standards and the same people travel with the job.
Jurisdiction and permitting mapped early
Permitting, entitlement, utility, and drainage requirements differ by city and county. AP coordinates with each jurisdiction and the licensed consultants who prepare submittals, and plans the approvals into the schedule.
