Scope
This policy describes how AP Construction ("AP", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website. It applies to visitors to the site and to people who submit a project inquiry. It does not cover information collected offline, under a contract, or through other channels, which are governed by the terms of those relationships.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, role or title, email address, phone number, project location, facility or market type, and any project details you choose to share, such as estimated size, budget range, desired dates, project stage, services needed, how you heard about AP, and a message. The form does not accept file uploads.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these logs to operate the site, to protect it, and to limit the rate at which the inquiry form can be submitted.
Information from analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, we use a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service that reports aggregate page views, referrers, and general device and location categories. It does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other websites.

We do not use the information you provide for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Service providers and sharing
When you submit the inquiry form, your submission is transmitted through an email delivery service to AP's team and may be recorded in AP's customer relationship management system. These providers process the information on our behalf and only to deliver and store it.
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes server logs as described above. Fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the font files are requested.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or the rights or safety of others, or as part of a business transfer. We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties for their own use.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, the analytics service is configured to operate without cookies. The site may store a small amount of data in your browser to remember a preference, such as a collapsed menu; this data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is needed to evaluate and respond to your project, and afterward in accordance with our business records practices and any legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and operations. Aggregate analytics data does not identify you and may be kept indefinitely.
Security
Inquiry submissions are validated on our server and forwarded to our providers over encrypted connections. Access to inquiry records is limited to the AP team members who need it. No website can guarantee security, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the inquiry form.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about your inquiry. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as the law requires.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
