What happens after I submit the form?
A member of AP’s preconstruction or business development team reviews the inquiry and follows up by phone or email. The first conversation is about the site, the program, the date you need to operate, and what you already have, so we can tell you what a useful next step looks like.
What should I have ready?
Whatever exists. A site address, a rough square footage, a target operational date, and any drawings, even preliminary ones. If you have those already, the instant estimate turns them into a planning range before we talk. Nothing has to be complete for us to start.
Which projects are a good fit for AP?
Ground-up and major build-out projects for warehouses and distribution centers, truck and fleet facilities, light industrial and manufacturing buildings, bank branches, and substantial workplace projects, primarily in Texas with coverage in Oklahoma and Louisiana. AP focuses on commercial and light-industrial facilities of that scale, so a preconstruction conversation is the right fit for them.
Do you work outside Houston?
